Factor's Cottage is the quintessential family business. Owned
and operated by the brother sister team of Mark Cooper and Donna Martindale. While Donna and
Mark are out front using their combined 25 years of retail experience, husband Fred (the
accountant) helps behind the scenes.
Donna and Mark
believe wholeheartedly that the key to success is to treat evey shopper like a guest; give
them unique, quality merchandise to choose from; keep the store appealing, clean, and inviting
at all times.
Mark or Donna can always be found scurrying
around the store, restocking, cleaning, ordering more quality items, sending folks on an Old
Town Trolley Tour, or directing folks to Lady & Sons Restaurant; but mostly having
fun with their many visitors.
